  • They can be used discreetly and anonymously.
  • You can track your wellness in real time.
  • There is building evidence that they work.
  • Not everyone has access to apps.
  • With so many apps, it can be hard to separate the good from the bad.
  •  The FDA has only  approved five mental health apps,

While there are many mental health apps, not all are supported by scientific evidence. It's a good idea to do a little research and see if an app is based on well-researched principles or has been studied independently.
