What is image dysmorphia? so embarrassed, ashamed and anxious that you may avoid many social situations When selfie dysmorphia becomes body dysmorphic disorder.  A major concern of selfie dysmorphia is the chance that it could lead to body dysmorphic disorder, or BDD . Body dysmorphia is a mental health condition in which a person can't stop fixating on one or more perceived defects or flaws in their appearance Treatments for BDD As many as 1 in 50 people suffer from BDD with varying severity.
