A strong commitment to their profession. A positive influence on student achievement (Mojavezi & Tamiz, 2012). An increased level of persistence. What are the sources of self-efficacy in teachers? A teacher's sense of efficacy can be influenced by four sources of information:  mastery experience, vicarious experience, verbal or social persuasion, and emotional and physiological factors .
