Why is the beach good for mental health?
It lowers stress.
Teacher ae increasing feeling the stress of being in the classroom. it is essential to teachers mental health to take self care breaks. 

Being in nature, a place you feel safe, can lower your blood pressure and stress hormone levels.
  Spending time at the beach can lessen anxiety and nervous system arousal, which is what makes you feel stressed and anxious.
