 Without taking care of yourself, you won't have the energy to help your students

  • Make time for yourself every day.
  • Spend time with others who bring you joy.
  • Build an encouragement box.
  • Relax and enjoy yourself.
  • Ask for help when you need it.
  • Prioritize your mental health
