Since Tai Chi  training improves focus, attention to internal cues and balance,   it seems to be an effective system for autistic children si nce Tai Chi  engages both the right and left hemispheres during training,  it can improve autistic children's skills and movements , and finally may assist them in recovering from many of the disabilities caused by ASD.
